Wine Flights
We offer wine flights everyday our tasting room is open. Wine flights consist of four 2 oz pours of wine plus cheese. Currently, we have 2 different flights: a white and rose’ flight as well as a red flight. Table reservations are recommended for flights on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays to guarantee a table. However, walk-ins are also welcome especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Sommelier Led Wine Tastings
Jenny Dawn Cellars, Owner and Winemaker, Jennifer McDonald, offers a 60 minute guided wine tasting class. The class features 6 wines with 3 food pairings. Classes are offered by appointment only on Saturday’s for 2 – 15 guests at a time. Guests will learn about the history of Jenny Dawn Cellars and how each of the wines were made. The cost is a $30 per person and must be paid in advance of your session.

Wineucation
Jenny Dawn Cellars is delighted to kick off our 4th year of Wineucation starting in January 2021. Wineucation is a fun and informative wine tasting class, hosted by award-winning Winemaker and Sommelier, Jennifer McDonald.
Wineucation is for individuals who have an interest in learning more about wines from across the globe. Participants will taste 3 to 6 different wines with 3 food pairings each session as well as network with other wine enthusiasts.
Wineucation class is offered on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6:30PM – 8:00PM. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing we only have 15 spots available for the in-person sessions.
Pricing:
The cost to attend is $40 per person. All wines and food are provided by Jenny Dawn Cellars. Each participant will receive six 2 ounce pours of wine and 3 food pairings.

Virtual Wine Tastings
Jenny Dawn Cellars is excited to launch a new service in 2021. We will be offering Virtual Wine Tasting classes. Our classes are a fun and informative wine tasting experience hosted by award-winning Winemaker and Sommelier, Jennifer McDonald.
The virtual wine tasting classes are for individuals who have an interest in learning about the Jenny Dawn Cellars wine collection to expand their palate. Participants will taste 3 different wines and talk about food pairings that go with each of the wines. Each session will allow for networking and conversations with other wine enthusiasts.
The class will meet via zoom on the 3rd Wednesday or Thursday of every month from 6:30PM – 8:00PM. Anyone who is 21 years of age or older is welcomed to participate.
The cost to attend is $85. Before each class, three wines will be shipped to each registered participant. Recipes for recommended food pairings will also be provided for class attendees to prepare ahead of time.

About Jenny Dawn Cellars
Founded in 2016 by Jennifer McDonald, Jenny Dawn Cellars has grown from the dream of an at-home winemaker into Wichita’s first urban winery.
In 2017, Jenny Dawn Cellars established a working partnership with a wine facilitator in Napa, California. In 2019, Jenny Dawn Cellars opened a winery and tasting room in the heart of downtown Wichita located at Union Station. Jennifer now crafts and bottles her wines on-site, with grapes and juice sourced from the finest growers in California and Kansas.
As of June 2020, Jenny Dawn Cellars has 11 handcrafted wines.
