How Will My Order Ship?
Wichita locals can pick up at the winery
All other orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested.’
How Do I Know What I’m Getting Each Month?
We will send a monthly e-mail detailing the wines that are featured in that month’s box.
How Will I be Billed Each Month?
Orders will be charged to your credit card on the 20th of the month.
If the 20th falls on a weekend, orders will ship the following Monday.
How Long is a Membership Valid?
Memberships are valid for one year from the first shipment.
Can I Gift a Membership?
Wine Club makes an excellent gift for any wine lover in your life. You can gift a membership by paying the membership fee and selecting “gift it”. We will contact you for the recipients information. Your card will be charged monthly on the 20th.
How Do I Apply My 15% Discount in the Online Store?
Once we gather your credit card and shipping information, we will set up a profile on our online ordering site. Each time you login and place an order, the discount will be automatically applied to your cart.
Can I Adjust the Contents of my Box?
This is not an option we are offering at this time.
What if I Want to Cancel?
All requests to cancel a membership early must be made at least 30 days in advance of the next scheduled shipment. Cancellation requests should be sent to customerservice@jennydawncellars.com

Restrictions:
– By subscribing you are affirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
– Orders not picked up within one week will be shipped to the address on record.
– Customers are responsible for any cost due to returned shipments.
– Customers are responsible for updating their address and/or contact information with Jenny Dawn Cellars should that information change during the membership period.
– If you need us to hold a shipment because you will be unable to receive it for some reason (out-of-town, vacation, etc.) please notify us via e-mail at customerservice@jennydawncellars.comas soon as possible. We will do our best to honor these requests.

About Jenny Dawn Cellars
Founded in 2016 by Jennifer McDonald, Jenny Dawn Cellars has grown from the dream of an at-home winemaker into Wichita’s first urban winery.
In 2017, Jenny Dawn Cellars established a working partnership with a wine facilitator in Napa, California. In 2019, Jenny Dawn Cellars opened a winery and tasting room in the heart of downtown Wichita located at Union Station. Jennifer now crafts and bottles her wines on-site, with grapes and juice sourced from the finest growers in California and Kansas.
As of June 2020, Jenny Dawn Cellars has 11 handcrafted wines.

Jenny Dawn Cellars winery and tasting room at Union Station offers charcuterie and small bites, venue rentals, private wine tastings, wine locker memberships, and Winuecation – a monthly educational class.
